Baker Road steps in as a full-service event concierge to carry all this weight, ensuring that every retreat participant invests their best energy in your work, not in the details of retreat logistics.
Whether you’re seeking a single-day offsite or a multi-day retreat, we provide turnkey hospitality from beginning to end. Beyond all the essentials, Baker Road is eager to be your guide for immersive programming and team building. We find these experiences, particularly those grounded in nature, become the most memorable and clarifying moments of a team’s time together - often amplifying retreat outcomes with creative thinking and more catalytic conversations.
Prior to your team’s arrival, we’ll offer each guest a brief intake survey, ensuring we seamlessly accommodate all needs and preferences. From there we’ll be nearby for any needs that arrive during your time. For teams visiting beyond driving proximity, we offer full group transportation to and from John Glenn International airport.

On top of access to abundant natural resources and experiences, Baker Road has two equipped board rooms and a full range of overnight accommodations ranging from camping set-ups, to a private retreat house and 3 hotel-style double occupancy rooms above our HQ on Main Street in Mount Vernon, OH.

Pricing for single-day programming and hospitality starts at $3,500. Overnight accommodations and hospitality for up to 6 begins at $6,000. Baker Road prices support in 12, 24, 48, and 72 hour increments.

Following an inquiry below, a team member will reach out to learn discuss your intentions for your Executive Team Retreat. From there, the Baker Road team will offer you an invitation, parameters, and a time horizon for your experience.
