We’ve found Baker Road best suited for groups of five to fifteen people, though larger groups can be accommodated for day-only retreats. In these formats, Baker Road crew can serve as primary facilitators or unseen hospitality partners depending on the needs of the group. Each retreat is fully curated through a series of run-up conversations with the primary guest or facilitator, followed by discovery surveys with all additional participants to confirm unique needs and accommodations.
Pricing emerges quickly in this process, structuring all experiences with a minimum cost per day and additional per-participant, per-day rates for hospitality. No surprises here, we’ll price everything all-inclusively, aggregating food, accommodations, activities, and support crew into a single bill.

Through years of personal exploration and work, the Baker Road team has encountered remarkable wellness practitioners across many disciplines — yoga, meditation, breathwork, fitness, and more. Consistently, we’ve witnessed their desire to retreat with their students for deeper work and presence. And simultaneously, we’ve seen the toll these types of experiences and logistics can take on the practitioner. Often witnessing them crash after days of holding a retreat together.
In contrast, Baker Road partners with practitioners to provide seamless hospitality, logistics, and complimentary programming to fill out an itinerary, specifically finding instances to care for the practitioner and create ideal conditions for their energy to stay focused on their gifts and students. This level of care and hospitality quickly distinguishes a retreat experience for guests, while also enabling practitioners to host experiences with more frequency and ease.
Friend + Family Retreats
Designed to strengthen bonds and create space for deeper sharing and connection, these are some of our favorite experiences to host. As these groups generally don’t have dedicated facilitators, we work with the primary attendees to design an abundant itinerary, right-sized for each guest and the overall retreat intent. The Baker Road team then steps up to guide and MC the collective experience.
