We’ll then work to curate an adventure for just the season you’re in, inclusive of all the productive forces nature has to offer — wisdom, wildness, and deep, productive work.
Mimicking the uncertainty of nature, participants will receive only necessary guidance on preparation before arrival. Most details are intentionally held back to deepen the experience, inviting guests to move beyond their usual patterns and engage more fully with what’s present for them.
Our founder, Joe DeLoss, will lead your retreat. Consider him your dirtbag concierge for the day. On top of deep competency in outdoor adventure and safety, Joe carries wisdom as an executive leader, entrepreneur, and investor. This experience provides fertile soil for new ideas and personal evolutions to emerge. Joe will serve with compassion and curiosity, offering you his full presence for the adventure at hand.

Baker Road operates with something we call offered pricing, trusting the best communities have diverse experiences and often, diverse financial resources. To best sustain our work, we offer a suggested price of $900 for this adventure, accepting 50% below or above based on your material resources and alignment. If you’re compelled and able to contribute more, we’ll leverage the resources to support others. Similarly, if you’re unable to contribute and need more accommodation, please email us at service@bakerroad.com.
