Multidimensional Sound Healing with Carol Turner Johnson

from $0.00

SATURDAY JUNE 20TH AT 2PM.
Baker Road is proud to host Carol Turner Johnson for a multidimensional sound healing on Saturday June 20th in our community space downtown Mount Vernon, OH at 127 S. Main St, 43050. Doors will open at 2:00pm, closing when the experience begins at 2:30pm. Following a 75-minute sound journey, refreshments will be served.

What to Expect.
Sound healing is a therapeutic, ancient practice using singing bowls, drums, voice, chimes, and other instruments to create intentional vibrations and tones. These sounds are believed to produce deep resonance in one’s body and nervous system; often impacting sleep, emotional state, and personal health. This is a broad sensory experience, including some visual lighting effects, scents like sage and palo santo, and diverse sounds. Participants can step out at any point for their comfort.

What to Bring.
Guests are asked to bring their preferred setup for comfort. A yoga mat or pad, blanket, pillow, and eye mask are often helpful. Wearing comfortable, non-restrictive clothing is also suggested. Baker Road will have a limited number of set-ups available to use on a first-come basis as well.

About Carol.
For nearly thirty years, Carol worked in professional musical ensembles performing for audiences all over the country. These lifelong experiences helped Carol to develop the skill of connecting to others on a deep energetic level through frequencies of sound. She skillfully taps into that thread connecting one to another, to spirit, and through all timelines. Her guided sound journeys transport the listener to otherworldly realms to create a sense of both peace and discovery.

About Baker Road.
Baker Road is a retreat center and guide service, cultivating restorative spaces and experiences for others to follow (or find) their path to grow and heal.
