Private Retreats
These offerings are Baker Road retreat experiences designed for a dedicated guest. They’re primarily guided by our founder, Joe, and supported by the full Baker Road team. Personal retreats draw on our established amenities, trusted practitioners, and deep familiarity with the surrounding landscape. Each experience is an opportunity to step back, reflect honestly, and be cared for with quiet intention.
Mimicking the uncertainty of nature, participants receive guidance on preparation shortly before arrival. Some details are intentionally held back to deepen the experience, inviting guests to move gently beyond their usual patterns and engage more fully with what is present.
HALF/FULL DAY RETREATS
Day Retreats are offered as singular experiences, intent on providing a turnkey opportunity to invest space and time in one’s self with accountability and support. Following a discovery conversation with Joe, Baker Road will craft a productive retreat for you including 3-5 hours of guided experiences in nature, along with thoughtful companionship, nourishment, and access to additional space and time to consider how to thoughtfully re-enter life with a refreshed perspective. Guests will receive any necessary prep beforehand, but the itineraries of these days are intentionally withheld for impact.
Offered pricing begins at $700/day for day retreats hosted in Mount Vernon, Ohio.
OVERNIGHT RETREATS
Overnight Retreats are an extended version of our day retreat format, enabling deeper reflection and restoration. During these experiences, guests will engage with multiple wild spaces and Baker Road amenities, practitioners, and crew members. Deep care’s extended to nourish the guest throughout the experience physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We’ve found these experiences to be catalytic and accompany them before and after with support, resources, and open dialogue.
Offered pricing begins at $2,000/24-hours for retreats hosted in Mount Vernon, Ohio. Airport transportation and destination retreats are also available.
CARE PACKAGES
Care Packages are a 6-month transformational personal commitment including, at minimum, 3 Day Retreats, several experiences with our trusted wellness practitioners, and a culminating Overnight Retreat adventure. Along the way, recurring and ad hoc conversations with Joe support deep personal and professional reflections, allowing the participant to thoughtfully integrate new perspectives formed during retreat. This offer, enveloped with deep care and guidance from the Baker Road team, offers a contemporary rite of passage for someone desiring support and accountability while navigating a season of broader change.

Baker Road operates with offered pricing, trusting the best groups have diverse experiences and often, diverse financial resources. So please hike your own hike and pick your own price. We set a base offered price for our adventures, with price ranging from +-50% to accommodate hikers of all backgrounds and means.
